Delete Your Account

In the app

1. Open Your Storytales and go to Settings.
2. Open Account & Subscription.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and this cannot be undone.

If you can’t open the app

Email support@your-storytales.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will do it within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

• Your account and sign-in details.
• Your family name and the family members you added.
• Every story you made, with its cover image and audio, including stories you shared.
• Your favourites, ratings and listening history.
• Your remaining stories and plan details.

What is kept

• Records of purchases, which Google Play or Apple and our subscription provider keep for accounting and tax. They hold your account identifier and purchase history, not your stories.
• Emails you sent us, such as feedback or support requests.
• Copies in routine backups, which are removed as those backups expire.

Cancel your subscription first

Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play or in your Apple ID settings before you delete, or you will keep being charged.
